We really enjoyed our stay here. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great to find a proper hairdryer and a kettle in the room. The air conditioning worked well but you can also open the window which was great. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the main station and is close to the underground. There is a very good shopping centre 2 minutes from the hotel with a great range of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights 5-7 December. Hotel is about a 15 minute Uber ride from FRA airport Cost of the Uber was €19 and the airport taxi wanted €45! Hotel was nice and clean and in a good location. Room was big enough with a powerful shower. The toilet was in a strange place in the bathroom but you’ll see what I mean when you get there. The room was a bit too warm and it didn’t cool down after altering the thermostat so I had the window open. There is a kettle with tea and coffee in the room but no fridge The shower gel smells amazing There is building work going on across the road. The noise from the road traffic quietened down around 01:00. Breakfast was a bit of a let down sadly You will find something to eat but it is limited. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. There are 2 lifts but these seemed to be playing up and one seemed to be out of order each day but not for long. There is free coffee in the lobby all day which is nice. It was a 5 minute walk to Festhalle/Messe train station where we caught the U4 train to Dom/Romer to the main Christmas market. It was only 3 stops away. Zeil is only 4 stops away. It has a shopping ctr and a long street with coffee shops and other stores. This is where you will find C&A and Woolworths. Right near the hotel there is a mall called Sky Plaza it has some lovely shops and a supermarket. There’s a food court too You can see the shopping mall in one of the pictures. I am standing right outside the hotel so you can gage the distance The Christmas market got extremely busy at 18:00 so go early to get a good look around. Would I stay at this Hampton by Hilton again, yes as the location is good and it was clean but a little pricey for what you get. .

Friendly staff, they were able to check us in in the morning when we arrived from an international flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable . They had an amazing breakfast. Pastries, yogurt, eggs, bacon and so much more. Light and bright bar and breakfast area. Great fitness room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here due to hubby doing Frankfurt marathon! Super helpful staff, went out of their way to make our stay a success. Yummy breakfast especially the winter spice waffles! Loved that it was a 6am breakfast too! Super near the shops and the marathon expedition! Dark black out rooms, excellent sleep every night! Thanks so much.
